At ProCaps by Andrew Lessman, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely package your items in their original condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure all original tags are attached to the garments.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
